Delo says talks with COFCO over sale of 25% in KSK terminated

MOSCOW, Oct 2 (PRIME) -- The negotiations of Russia’s holding Delo Group to sell 25% in grain terminal KSK to China’s COFCO have been terminated, a spokesperson for Delo Group told PRIME on Wednesday without disclosing the reason for termination.

“The negotiations were stopped,” the person said.

Member of Delo’s management board Anton Chertkov said that the company planned to close the sale of 25% minus two shares in KSK to COFCO until the end of 2019.

U.S. grain trader Cargill holds 25% in KSK terminal, and Delo owns 75%.
